    Despite having informed the hotel in advance that we would arrive late at night, we were left outside the hotel behind the locked gate for at least 30 minutes in the middle of the night. Nobody came to open the door for us, and we were left waiting outside late at night. This was completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe. The room itself also has serious hygiene problems. There are cockroaches in the hotel, and the room is very dirty. We also found a strong unpleasant smell. Yesterday, we were shown another two rooms, and both rooms also had a strong bad smell. This makes us believe that this is not an isolated problem with our room but a general hygiene problem throughout the hotel. We have already explained the situation to the hotel, but they are refusing to refund us. Instead, they only want us to change to another room. We do not want to change rooms or stay at this hotel anymore. Given the hygiene problems, cockroaches, bad smell and the unacceptable incident of being locked outside late at night, we no longer consider this hotel suitable for us to stay in.

    Had basics for business needs. Room was quiet and staff understood early departure schedules.
