Lokal zastaliśmy niedokładnie posprzątany - list naszych spostrzeżeń była dosyć długa. Przekazaliśmy wszystkie wynajmującemu, którym okazała się firma Renters.pl Nie polecam i nigdy nie wynajmę lokalu przez nich zarządzanego - odsyłali mnie od jednego adresu mailowego do drugiego, polecali dzwonić na telefon, który nigdy nie działał, przeciągali uznanie reklamacji jak mogli. Domagali się bym udowodnił, że przekazane im zdjęcia zostały zrobione w dniu przejęcia od nich lokalu. Rozumiem to ale nie rozumiem, czemu nie zrobili tego sami, wchodząc we właściwości zdjęcia co jest proste i zajmuje 10 sekund. Ostatecznie przyznali mi rekompensatę w wysokości 9% zapłaconej ceny. Czy to dużo ? Pozostawiam to do oceny potencjalnych wynajmujących. Ja od nich więcej na pewno niczego nie wynajmę.

We stayed here for 4 nights and overall had a very comfortable experience. What we liked: - The location is excellent – it's in the city center within walking distance to everything. There are beautiful walking routes by the river, parks, playgrounds, a shopping mall, and Lidl nearby. - The apartment is in a new building with modern renovation and stylish interior. - The space is used very efficiently – there is plenty of storage, which made our stay convenient and cozy. Having a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave was also a big plus. - The windows face away from the road, so it's quiet and surrounded by greenery. - The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had a large table and everything needed for cooking. - There was a dedicated workspace available in the bedroom or living room, which was very convenient for working remotely.

What could be improved: - The apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival – there was dust on surfaces, the sofa was dirty, the dishwasher was not emptied, and there was a used towel left in the washing machine. - It would be great to have a small starter set of cleaning supplies. We were aware that guests are expected to buy them, but purchasing full packs of laundry detergent or dishwasher capsules for a short stay is inconvenient. Liquid soap, a few more capsules, surface cloths, and garbage bags would be appreciated. - Some door handles (bathroom and bedroom) were a bit loose. - The sofa is suitable for sleeping, but quite firm – an extra mattress topper or blanket would make it more comfortable for guests using it as a bed. - If you use the overhead shower with strong water pressure, the drain can't keep up, and water starts spreading across the bathroom floor.

Apartament na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Szczerze polecam.
