Charming apartment located close to the Rzeszow University. A quiet area, close to convenient grocery stores. Good wifi. Air conditioning. It's recently refurbished and would easily be worth a maximum classification with minimal investment.
Communication: the host should write their messages in English, especially when it's the entry code with a mingled Polish word that an automatic translator would not recognise as such. So instead of, say, "12klucz34567", they should absolutely (!!) send it to the guest as 1234567! Not cool when you are on the street after midnight trying to break a Polish puzzle or else sleep outside. I messaged the host, but got no answer. They should also explain where is the guest expected to dump their garbage.
Cleaning: I stayed for two weeks and did not get any cleaning / towel change at all.
Amenities: basic and super-cheap amenities were missing on my arrival including: garbage bags, salt, shampoo (a single voyage dose was provided), dish washing liquid, a coffee pot (there was coffee), or a broom (there was a table broom but one can't clean the apartment with it). A microwave oven is not a large investment and would improve the place a lot.
Accessibility: various stair flights to climb with no elevator. Not an issue for me, but it's worth noting.

Geen enkel raam waardoor je naar buiten kan kijken alleen dak ramen en deze zijn zonder gordijnen dus er is geen mogelijkheid voor verduistering. Direct aan de die weg en in een super rumoerige buurt. Niet heel hygiënisch zoals vies servies en koelkast. Je krijgt één handdoek ook voor meerdere dagen en zaken zoals theedoeken en afwasmiddel is helemaal niet aanwezig
