Perfect location, nice view from the window, new building/new apartment! Nice convinient parking. Washing machine and drying machine for the clothes. Air conditioner in the room
Small practical things could easily be improved, like there were no place for toilet paper, no place to put bucket and mop for the floor washing (had to place it in the bathroom - but did not look nice), no kitchen towel (only the paper towels), no place to hang my own kitchen towel, no electric sockets by the tabe - sockets were located inconviniently in apartment. Even though I was staying alone in the apartment, there were not enough spoons, for my everyday use - I was forced to turn on dish washer more onten because of that.
Additionally there were no oil for the cooking.

Bardzo miła obsługa lokalu, a także ochrona budynku. Wysokie piętro, widok robi duże wrażenie i jest dość cicho. Dostępny parking za darmo. Tuż przy filharmonii, w parę minut można dość spacerem do centrum miasta. Jeśli będę ponownie w Rzeszowie, to tu wrócę!
