This spacious split level floorplan offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Enjoy the convenience of a two car private garage, and private washer / dryer laundry room. The living room on the main entry level features a large flat screen TV with games and a DVD player, a cozy wood pellet stove and a large comfortable sectional couch to gather. The fully stocked kitchen offers everything you need to cook meals in with friends and family, and a Keurig coffee maker. On the upper level you will find both bedrooms and the full bathrooms. The primary offers a Queen bed, and Twin over Twin bunk beds and flat screen TV. With an attached full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers a Full bed with second full bath with shower. This townhouse is located within the Tamarack community on Sierra Park Road, and offers a community pool and year-round hot tub, community BBQ available Summers only. The garage has a boot warmer and offers parking for two standard size vehicles, there is an additional outdoor parking spot parallel to garage access allowing a total maximum of 3 vehicles. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
