- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM; neighbors are close by and noise complaints may occur.
- Please keep pets off the furniture.
- No fish cleaning inside the condo.
- Early check-in is not available.
- Please bring pool towels; regular bath towels are provided.
- Pool, hot tub, and sauna hours, availability, and conditions may change without notice.

A friend and I had an enjoyable five nights stay in this property. The unit is completely renovated including the floors, kitchen, cabinets, appliances, utensils, plates, dishes, glasses, etc., plus both bathrooms. The furniture appeared to be new as well. The beds were comfortable. Sergio was very responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay. The property is a short walk from multiple restaurants and Vons supermarket. Bus stops are also a short walk away. The only two considerations are that there was some slight noise from the units above and the view from the living room and kitchen/dining area is of the parking area/driveway. That said, we would stay here again.
