This 1bd +loft, 1 full bath condo has been fully remodeled with a modern vibe. When you step inside you feel right at home with its vaulted ceilings and modern décor.
The large, open concept kitchen/living room allows you to feel connected to the action. Large flat screen Smart TV with comfy couch and wood burning fire place.
New kitchen with large sink and brand new modern appliances allow you to easily prepare meals. Large counter top area with 4 stools to interact with family/friends or a place to enjoy your meals. Small quaint corner nook table that seats 4.
Bedroom features a King Casper mattress bed, with a smart TV and stackable washer/dryer in closet. Loft has 1 Full and 2 twin memory foam beds that open up to the downstairs living area.
Brand new bathroom with modern walk-in tiled shower, rain shower head and handheld wand combo. All amenities are provided; shampoo, soap, toilet paper, bath towels, etc.
Best part is the priceless view of Mammoth Mountain from the condo!

Guest access
The entire condo unit is for your exclusive use only, not shared with anyone else. The front door is equipped with a keypad so you may self check in/check out. There is no unnecessary interaction with the host.
During your stay you will also have access to the condominium complex common areas which includes the pool, 3 enclosed hot tubs, 3 saunas and laundry facilities. The swimming pool is only available during the summer months.
Parking for 2 vehicles can be accommodated. The complex does not have assigned spots or covered parking. There is a FULL STAIRCASE leading up to the unit.
Private complex centrally located within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and the steps away from the free town shuttle where you can easily access the Village, Lakes Basin, and Mammoth Mountain.
Other things to note
-This is a 2nd floor unit. There is a FULL STAIRCASE leading up to the unit.
-There is no smoking/no vaping allowed in this unit.
-No Fish cleaning in unit.
-Please No Pets on the furniture.
-This home does not allow early check-in.
-No parties
-Quiet time is at 10:00pm (The neighbors WILL complain)
-Please remember to bring your pool towels, we only provide regular towels for
your stay.
-Spa, pool, and sauna hours, availability, and conditions are subject to change
without notice.
-Not handicap accessible
-Internet service/WiFi is available but NOT guaranteed. The internet in this area
can be unreliable.
-Tesla charging station next to complex (walking distance)
-Cleaning fee $185
-Guests pay a 15% Transient Occupancy Tax required by The Town of Mammoth Lakes will be added when booking.
-Winter Vacationers: 4X4 vehicles and or chains may be required to access Mammoth when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions.
