L'emplacement de la location dans cet ancien village de pêcheurs avec restaurants très proches. Le calme. La proximité du centre de Nantes et du Hangar à bananes avec la navette fluviale. Ancienne friche portuaire située à la pointe ouest de l’île de Nantes, le Hangar à bananes est devenu en 2007 l’un des lieux d’animation les plus emblématiques de Nantes. Des bars, restaurants, une discothèque mais aussi une galerie d’art (la Hab Galerie) et une salle de théâtre s’y sont installés au fil des années.
