Lovely stopover.

Quality of the accommodation was excellent. Location very central, next to the cathedral. We only stayed 2 nights, but would recommend as a stopping off point on the way east.

It's on the 2nd floor with a tight staircase, so not suitable for anyone with reduced mobility. There's no air-conditioning, so we needed to keep the windows open. A fan would have been useful.

The property was very well located, with a wonderful view of cathedral. The space is relaxing, well furnished and comfortable. I also very much appreciated access to laundry, and having coffee, oil and salt and pepper in the kitchen to cook with. The host was very accommodating and I was able to check in early and adjust my arrival dates. Very grateful for the stay would for sure recommend.

Un studio très propre , très fonctionnel et bien équipé . Belle décoration et très bien conçu . Tout était neuf . Bravo au propriétaire de ce studio. Bonne literie .

R.A.S. que du bien Même si monter les bagages au 2ème étage était un peu difficile , le studio valait le coup . Il faut le savoir surtout pour les personnes d' un certain âge.

des précisions seraient utiles pour pouvoir trouver le parking annoncé gratuit. Il est à 400 m, derrière la cathédrale. L'emplacement devant l'appartement n'est apparemment pas autorisé. Sinon, parfait.

Valeur sûre pour ce logement de qualité !

Emplacement exceptionnel au pied de la Cathédrale, dans un quartier très calme. L’appartement est de grande qualité : excellente insonorisation, propreté irréprochable, agencement à la fois cosy et fonctionnel, équipement complet, literie très confortable et excellent rapport qualité-prix. La communication avec Olivier, notre hôte, a été parfaite. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de le rencontrer, ce que nous regrettons, mais ses attentions délicates nous ont beaucoup touchées : petites bouteilles d’eau disponibles dans le réfrigérateur et apéritif offert au restaurant "Le Parvis" (que nous recommandons vivement si vous souhaitez vous régaler !). En un mot : n’hésitez pas ! Si vous prévoyez de visiter Laon, cet appartement est une valeur sûre. Merci Olivier ! (Photo jointe : vue sur la Cathédrale depuis le logement)

Toller Aufenthalt

Super tolle Lage, liebevoll aufgearbeitete, geschmackvoll eingerichtete hübsche Altbauwohnung, sehr gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Heerlijke studio in het hartje van Laon. Alles super schoon en netjes. De studio was van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor ons voor herhaling vatbaar

Hébergement agréable pour un déplacement professionnel.

Pas de petit déjeuner, cuisine et supérette à 1km. La boulangerie a fermé. Studio lumineux, de taille adaptée. Quartier calme, riche en histoire.

Les escaliers en colimaçon (j'ai le vertige), absence de fer à repasser. Utilisation de la télé compliquée: difficile de trouver les chaînes.

A recommander à tous ses amis

Un studio idéalement bien placé . Un petit havre de repos et de paix à l’arrivée d’une étape à pied bien longue sur la via Francigena . Quant à l’accueil d’Olivier ….il vous fait oublier toute votre fatigue en vous parlant avec chaleur de sa ville et région . . On se sent de suite comme chez soi . A ne pas rater .
