The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Philippe and Sandrine have thought of everything (tissues, first aid kit, pen and paper etc) and if there’s anything else you need (for us, a needle and thread to mend some jeans and a small issue with the TV volume) they were there to help straight away. We were welcomed by Philippe who explained the local area to us. The apartment is in a fabulous location, very easy to get on buses or trains with a number of different stops within a short walk. There’s a Carrefour, bakeries and a pharmacy all close by. Also plenty of options for takeaway food. We enjoyed being near Versailles as well as being able to get into the centre of Paris easily. We would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful apartment.

The cost of the apartment for 4 people was as we expected for the area. Our daughter decided last minute to join us and Philippe and Sandrine kindly said she could sleep on the sofa bed. We were surprised however that the additional charge for this was 60€ per night, a similar price to what we paid to stay in the bedrooms, it seemed high for using a sofa bed.

The property was immaculate and very well kitted out. With also unexpected extras, such as tea, coffee, sugar, washing up facilities and good quality products. We loved it. It was also very spacious for a family of four. It was in a lovely location and very quiet. There was also a lot of time taken to have maps, travel passes, local transport information set out to make the trip a very smooth one. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
