Oustanding studio apartment and facilities. Very quiet and comfortable for 2 people. Apartment basically has everything needed. Cooking supplies are good, along with cutlery, plates and bowls to prepare food for yourself. Access to well fitted out gym, beautiful long pool with magnificent views overlooking golf course and mangroves, and a beach a short walk away. Short drive to Yas Mall which is impressive. 2-3 min easy short drive or even walk to Yas Bay area.
Had some intermittent low level vibration noise from air conditioning that took a couple of days to respond to and repair. Not a huge drama, even though it did affect sleep a little. Mattress was too firm for our liking. Pillows were a problem for us. 4 provided are all the same - big, round and firm.
