Beautiful property, very close to yas island attractions

Excellent location. Convenient concierge service. Spacious apartment

Firstly we were receiving very inconvenient requests from the host. A day before our arrival they requested us to provide passport scans and at 8 am on the day of departure they asked that we send them a photo of the access card left on the TV bench, threatening us with fines. It is by luck that we hadn’t left the apartment at that point and were able to take the photo. Secondly, the apartment was missing some basic supplies (kitchen knives, clothes hangers etc). The host emailed us asking if we needed any supplies and I responded them with what we needed. They said they would discuss with their team and never got back to us and failed to provide the supplies. Thirdly, the property had a few maintenance issues. Fouthly, the mattress in the bedroom was as hard as a rock. I could barely sleep on it

Location was good, property was great for an overnight stay. Great communication with the managing company.

The shower was not hot, and could probably do with a re-grout.

- موقعهم في بوكينغ غلط ولم يرسلوا لي الموقع الصحيح حتى أخبرتهم. - الغرفة ليس بها مكيف ففتحت مكيف الصالة وفتحت باب الغرفة لدخول الهواء البارد. - لا يوجد غير لحاف خفيف في الصالة ولم يكن مناسبا - فتحة مغسلة الحمام تحتاج تنظيف وتسليك. - اربع نجوم ولم يتوفر في الشقة شاي وقهوة للأسف - Their location on Booking was wrong, and they didn’t send me the correct location until I told them. - The room didn’t have an air conditioner, so I turned on the living room AC and left the room door open to let the cool air in. - There was only a light blanket in the living room, which was not suitable. - The bathroom sink drain needs cleaning and unclogging. - It’s a four-star, but unfortunately, there was no tea or coffee in the apartment.
