Location, design, facilities,
Agent messed up meeting time had to wait to get in, only one set of keys was provided for two couples, stairs to top bedroom were steep with no handrail(dangerous) no place to hang bath towels, no place in shower recess for soap. Could not get a clear understanding of rubbish disposal. Agent would not assist with finding a taxi on last day. Instructions of where apartment was located were not clear, even local taxi driver had great difficulty in locating property.
