Location, staff that me us was nice.
Needs renovations, bathroom door lock got stuck. My son was trapped for 1 hr at 2am and no one answered phone. Finally was able to get door opened

Bien placé, proches de plusieurs lignes de bus et taxis à proximité également. Très belle résidence avec des gardiens très gentils. Cour intérieure grande et agréable avec la salle de sport également. Appartement avec 2 salles de bain très appréciable.
Plein de restaurants/fast food à côté et le parc pour enfant avec le city très bien.
C'était noté avec piscine mais elle n'ouvre qu'en mai ! Donc très déçus de ne pas pouvoir en profiter et ce n'est précisé nul part les périodes d'ouverture sachant qu'on a eu beau.
La piscine était un de mes critères importants et nous ne l'avons pas eu ..
Le salon de jardin sur la terrasse laisse à désirer il est usé.
Présence de quelques cafards dans la cuisine. A traiter car pas terrible.
Dans la cuisine pas suffisamment de verres et aucun bols.
