Beautiful guest house and would recommend to any travellers.

Be aware of Friday and Saturday night the bars are very close and it’s a student town.

Beautiful room and good location. But no staff in sight

The room was very clean and the bed really comfortable. The location was also good and I appreciated the free parking.

It was a strange experience - on arrival trying to get someone to help me check in was tough. Finally someone came from the restaurant next door. When i got home late that night I felt very uncomfortable walking in the dark to my room around the back corner. Felt very isolated. Perhaps the rooms inside were better. Then I wanted breakfast the next morning and no one was there to serve. So I went out to get a coffee. When I got back - no one there so I helped myself from the fridge (prepared stuff in there). Just an odd experience.

"We had a wonderful stay! The bed was super comfortable and the bath was lovely 😊. The staff were amazing - they even made us a delicious fruit salad 🍉. Would definitely stay here again!"

Slightly difficult to find (not on Google Maps, and not clear in what way it related to the adjoining bar), and check in process not made clear.

No that I understand how things work I will definitely recommend the house to my friends.

Very clean in a great location, beautiful house and rooms. Breakfast was very good as well.

The arrangements were somewhat confusing, upon arrival the place was locked with no one to assist. I suggest you put up a sign to guide customers. I happened to recognise the name of the wine bar and got the key there. Parking infront of the house with a fully packed car may be a bit risky, I was allowed access to the parking at the wine bar.

Perfect accommodation for a lovely stay in central Stellenbosch

Location is super central, all in safe walking distance. Old houses are simply charming. Rene, the lady who prepared breakfast and takes care of the guests, is extremely nice and always eager to help. She’s just a gem.

Windows do not shut so well. Club round the corner is sometimes pretty noisy at night. But I was lucky and had a room to the backyard.

The guest house was very clean and comfortable and is within walking distance of town and many of the restaurants. Breakfast was a nice variety of fresh fruits , cold meats, toast and condements.

Check-in didn’t go as smoothly as expected. The breakfast is served at a kitchen counter and continental. Same fruit salad re-served by the third day. Rooms weren’t serviced. Perhaps I expected too much.

The size and cleanliness on arrival, caring staff, fresh fruit cheese for breakfast. Spacious accommodation. Easy access to restaurants and trails in the area. Quick attention by host and staff to any queries

Didn't realise the room wasn't to be cleaned during our stay. Air conditioning not effective affecting ventilation so the room we stayed in got stuffy as the bathroom windows only partially opened and the door between the bathroom and room is stable doors that don't fully shut. No stove to use to make any hot breakfast
