The location was private and quiet at night. The rooms faced east and north, so did not get too hot, but there was a useful covered drying area to the south. The kitchen area was well equipped. The shower flow and temperature were easy to regulate. The WiFi was good (though it states in the property profile that there is no WiFi)

The sign on the driveway to the annexe was broken, so it wasn't clear at first how to access the property. There was no warning of the very steep steps up to the property from the parking bay - difficult to manage with luggage. There were no instructions regarding recycling, apart from the food recycling bin on the doorstep. The towels in the kitchen and WC did not smell fresh and clean. There were food crumbs from a previous occupant left in the wall cupboard and cutlery drawer.

It was close to my family so made a good base.

Location as we had tickets for the women’s rugby in Sandy Park

Signs were not clear as to where we had to go or to park. Broken sign for The Annex - not The Nest as stated in details. No welcome pack. Just a selection of leaflets. Spiders on the ceiling in kitchen area. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable.
