This cottage is in the village of Lympstone in Exmouth and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Searles is a delightful, unique cottage in the heart of Lympstone. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom and sleep up to four guests. The rest of the cottage is made up of a beautiful sitting area and a kitchen/ diner. There is a terrace area outside with patio furniture for two as well as roadside parking. Searles is in the most perfect location with stunning scenic views, ideal for romantic couples or family and friends to enjoy at any time of the year.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking nearby or local car park - owner provides a car parking permit which covers long stay car parks in East Devon District Council area. Private large waterside terrace with furniture.
