Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, 2 AC units. The neighborhood is very calm with plenty of parking places. Distance to the beach is walkable, but the beach is full in the main season. However the location is good for car trips to both western and eastern side, very strategic place. The terrace is great for evening homemade dinners. Owner is very helpful, almost instant replies on WhatsApp. Overall cleanliness of the whole apartment and surroundings was excellent.
During our vacation (high season), the water pressure was really low. This is a municipality issue, probably combination of recent city repairs and exceptionally high number of tourists. Some worktop lighting in the kitchen would be nice (and a few really negligible nit-picks), but the owner is planning on doing some improvements after this season. Other than that, nothing negative can be said about the accomodation or the owner!

Lage ruhig und fußläufig alles erreichbar, Terrasse großzügig und schattig, (in der Vorsaison) war es sehr ruhig in der Wohngegend, Vermieter gut erreichbar per whatsapp, check in und check out problemlos, Parkplätze vor dem Haus (öffentlicher Bereich) verfügbar, Küche gut ausgestattet, für 2 Erwachsene für 1 Woche Aufenthalt ausreichend Platz, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, freundliche und ruhige Nachbarn
Möbel etwas abgenutzt, wird vielleicht vor Saisonstart noch repariert, Badezimmer sehr klein aber ok (wir sind schlank ☺️)

Comodo appartamento vicino al mare e vicino ai servizi essenziali. Ottimi ristoranti in zona. Casa pulita, accogliente e ristrutturata con gusto. Letti comodi e host disponibilissimo. Vista dal terrazzo spettacolare.
