Enjoy a wonderful vacation while admiring the picturesque sunsets over the sea right from your home. Take advantage of the convenience of this accommodation, located just a few meters from Marina Beach, the ancient medieval castle, and the very central Piazza la Pianedda.
The property, which features private entry, is spread over two floors.
The first floor houses the sleeping area, laid out as follows: the front door opens directly into the spacious living room with comfortable armchairs; three spacious bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds; and a convenient bathroom with a shower, bidet, and sink. A distinctive wooden spiral staircase leads to the living area, from which you can enjoy spectacular sea views, including the Port of Castelsardo, the waterfront, and, in the distance, the picturesque island of Asinara. There is a spacious living room with a TV and comfortable, roomy sofas; a dining room with a table and six chairs (equipped with a split-system air conditioner) and a terrace; a fully equipped kitchen connected to a highly practical pantry-laundry room; and a bathroom with a bathtub-shower, bidet, and sink. What makes this accommodation unique is the covered veranda overlooking the terrace, from which you can enjoy an extraordinary sea view and admire the fantastic sunsets that spring and summer evenings offer over this marvelous stretch of water. The veranda also features a table and chairs where you can enjoy delicious aperitifs while being captivated by the beauty of the Gulf of Asinara.

Very quiet, clean and spacious home in a very tradicionnal italian style. easy to communicate with owner and helpful. Minors repairs to be done in both showers to make it more convenient but it was functional. Great location near the castel and historic part of city.

Great! Sandro was very helpful and quick to respond. The accommodation was as clean as you could wish for, we had plenty of space as two adults and four children - and the view of the sunset from the balcony was remarkable! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
