A great place in a nice location (next to the local golf course). The property was extremely clean and tidy. There are two small bedrooms, I slept in the larger room and the bed was super comfortable. Shower pressure was good and the spaces were warm. Bonus continental breakfast with toast, fruit and muesli bars. The hosts were welcoming and kind. I would stay again as I didn't have a chance to explore Kinloch.

This is a very nice place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood in Kinloch about 20 minutes drive from Taupo. Lyn and Keith are very hospitable and had lots of advice on what to do. The accommodation is spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. There are laundry facilities, which was great for us. The hosts provide food for breakfast: cereal, fruit, milk, yogurt, instant coffee, jam, bread. There isn't a kitchen as such, but there's a toaster, a kettle, and I believe a microwave, as well as cutlery and dishes. We were totally happy with our stay.

Wonderful, accommodating, helpful friendly hosts. A peaceful location yet handy to everything. Spacious and comfortable. Exceptionally clean. All our needs met and more!
