Great location, very clean, super friendly owner. We felt just visiting a friend. Home made wine and raki, posibility of drinking beers and refreshments at the property, posibility of ordering food from a local restaurant. We stayed for 7 nights in Albania, just for 1 night here at Home 12, it was the best of all and we had some pretty good ones on the way. Children friendly, secure parking at the location.

This place is phenomenal. It was much more than we expected. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, nicely decorated and fully equipped. You have brilliant tarraced dining area with coffee and tea (with herbs from their garden) where they serve delicious breakfast and forgot to mention we were welcomed with homemade Raki... The level of attention to details is amazing, they really respect and care of the guests.
We really enjoyed the stay and couldn't be more grateful for their hospitality.
Highly recommend to visit as the surrounding village is really lovely and cosy as well. Plus you have plenty to do in surrounding National Park.

Great location with a yummy breakfast. The room was huge with a nice taste for the interior and clean. There was a small kitchen with tea and coffee in the common space.

Sicherlich die beste Unterkunft auf unserer Reise durch Albanien. Wir wurden sehr freundlich in sehr gutem Englisch begrüßt und konnten uns aus zwei Zimmern eines auswählen. Alles sehr modern eingerichtet, mit viel Geschmack. Man kann sich gut vorstellen, dass Mitglieder der weit verstreuten Inhaber-Familie gerne hier her kommen, wenn sie auf Heimaturlaub in Albanien sind.
Da wir schon recht früh im Hotel ankamen, nutzen wir sehr gerne den großen, aber gemütlichen gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsraum. Dort gibt es kostenlos Kaffee und zahlreiche Tees sowie gegen ein geringes Entgelt Wein, Bier und Raki. Sehr schön, um auch mit anderen Reisenden in Ruhe zusammenzusitzen.
Für das Abendessen folgten wir der Empfehlung des Besitzers und liefen ein paar Minuten zu “Biçaku” Bar & Restaurant. Auch hier eine 100% Weiterempfehlung! Danke für den Tipp!
Das Auto ist hier auch gut aufgehoben - es steht hinter einem Rolltor unter Solarzellen.
Wir wären gerne noch eine Nacht geblieben, hatten aber keine Zeit dafür.
