Posizione molto vicina al mercato di Ballaro’ e alla stazione centrale. La zona è tranquilla e l’insonorizzazione delle finestre è molto buona. Si dorme senza problemi.
Servirebbe sicuramente qualche attenzione in più sulla disponibilità ad esempio di bagnoschiuma, tovaglioli per la cucina. La televisione non trasmette alcun canale, Il condizionatore e’ un po datato e rumoroso ma rinfresca bene. Un po’ di umidità nel bagno. Situato al terzo piano senza ascensore, non è un difetto ma da tenere presente

L’emplacement au top, quartier animé, tous les sites à 15 minutes. Gare à 12 minutes. On est dans le marché ! Grand appartement au dernier étage, très confortable. Propriétaire musicien au top !

El baño está reformado.y las ventanas de las habitaciones tambien. La proximidad a la estación y al mercado de ballaro. Su precio bajo (no hablo de la relación calidad-precio). La escalera del edificio está impecable. Es tranquilo y el vecindario es muy pintoresco durante el dia.
El piso es un tercero sin ascensor que podria estar mas cuidado, con puertas que no cierran y que no tiene mas que un aire acondicionado en una habitación para regular la temperatura del piso, tanto frio como calor. No hay microondas y tampoco un cazo pequeño para calentar leche. El vecindario durante la noche no es para estar mucho tiempo fuera esperando instrucciones para entrar.
