There are about 20 steps down to get to the front door of the house. Wifi and Washer/Dryer in unit. 1 parking spot available in the driveway.
The home is walking distance to parks, restaurants and shops. 20 minute drive to Alameda beach. 5-10 minute drive to wonderful redwood hikes. 25min-1 hour drive to San Francisco depending on traffic but great options for public transport to San Francisco available during the week within walking distance.

My in-laws stayed here, and very much enjoyed their stay. The neighborhood is safe and walkable (restaurants, parks, market). The apartment is well-appointed, comfrotable, clean, and spacious.
