The house was as pictured. Communication with host was excellent - they took care of anything needed right away. Neighborhood is established and well maintained, very quiet. We were in town for Berkeley graduation so location to Berkeley and airport was great.

We had a great time at this house. It was in a quiet neighborhood. We there was plenty of space for all 5 of us adults. My only recommendation would be for them to get TVs for each room. There is only an older tv in the living room, none in any of the bedrooms. There is an old AC unit in the nook of the living room. It cools down the downstairs area well. No ac units in the rooms. We opened the windows and the house cooled down with no problems. We had issues with the WiFi because of a comcast blackout. The host tried her best to resolve the issue immediately. They were very responsive and even offered to let us check in early and out late. I would stay here again.
