About this apartment rental
Your family & friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, fully renovated, lower level apartment. We have loved updating this apartment to bring you closer to the quant & beautiful downtown area of Osceola! We are located a short walk from Cascade Falls. Or if you like to explore, we are 15 mins from Interstate State Park, 10 mins from Trollhaugen, & 5 mins to the Osceola Passenger Train, to name a few! Raining? Enjoy time near the 55" electric fireplace watching your favorite movies, playing board games or make the short 1 min drive to the downtown bowling alley!
PET POLICY
We love our pets and our guests! In order for us to to accommodate your fur-baby(ies), we ask that:
1. Your pet stays off all furniture.
2. Is not left alone in the apartment.
3. The house & yard are picked-up after your pet.
Please note this is out of respect for future guests and our full-time tenant in the upper apartment.
We allow one (1) dog to stay however, if you have another circumstance, feel free to reach out for a better discussion.

This is a great place to stay, especially if you have a smaller group. Our group of three adults had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It might be a little close with sex, but you could manage it. Great location in a great little town with plenty to see and do.

This rental is spacious and clean. We were walking distance to the downtown area which had some cute shops. We enjoyed our stay!
