About this cabin rental
Welcome to the Eleanor. She is a sophisticated cabin unit located on the Apple River. She is located just 200 feet from the shore with private water access and is just a walk away from beautiful downtown Amery. This 2 bedroom sleeps 5 comfortably and has a large shared outdoor deck with a beautiful view. It has peace and quiet, river access, free kayaks/paddle boards when available, fire pits and beautiful scenery. Bring your ATV/UTVs, boats, snowmobiles, and all of your other toys. We are close to many other waterways, hiking, and recreational trails.
There are several seasonal single and tandem kayaks, SUPS, and a paddle boat. There are so many wonderful local places to enjoy. Just 15 minutes away from the Barred Owl, Fiddlehead kitchen, and a stones throw away from Junior’s Kitchen, and many other local restaurants, breweries, wineries, and recreational places.
Our neighborhood is quiet, on a one mile loop that runs along the river and close to York Park. It is perfect for walking your dog or yourself!
Wake up here with our brilliant local tea and coffee selection. Relax your morning away on the deck viewing the river. Play outdoor games in the afternoon or take a hike or a kayak trip around the Apple River Lake area. Take a long bath with some wine in the extra deep tub and snuggle up on the comfy couch or roast marshmallows by the fire.

The cabin is situated on the owners property and is a guest cabin. The owners family lives on this property. They keep to themselves but will be around keeping the groundsand using the space. We want you to be aware that the property is currently undertaking new landscaping. Workers and materials maybe out and the ground maybe uneven until it is complete. This is a beautiful new construction duplex cabin. The laundry room and outdoor space are the only things that are shared when other guests have reserved the other unit. We offer free kayaks, SUPs, and Paddle boat with a variety of life vests. Most are available May 1st - October1st for free. We always recommend you bring your own life vests as we may not have one that fits you but we do provide them. A limited supply of snow shoes are also available upon request during the snowy season. We do plan to offer free bikes in the futures!

Absolutely loved the quaint environment. I feel rested and relaxed after the stay. We were in town for a hockey tournament and it felt so amazing to come back to a place that feels like home.

Brittany - the cabin property was very well appointed. We barely appreciated it cuz the day had been so busy before finally coming back to the cabin to sleep. If I have a complaint, it is NO COFFEE. The array of coffee makers was nice - standard drip model, espresso machine and French press, but no coffee available. As a Scandinavian, I really was disappointed.

Clean, comfortable space. Beautiful view of the river. Great location. We hiked 4 different state parks and went to the Mall of America during this trip, but also has plenty of down time in the cabin. Everything as described. Good communication.
