You are located only two miles away from downtown, where you will discover the renowned Cape San Blas Lighthouse, Captain's Cove Marina, AquaBear Adventures, and Constitution Convention Museum State Park. Other must-visit attractions nearby include T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, Mexico Beach, and St. Joe Beach.
Spend memorable evenings lounging on the 400-square-foot rooftop with an outdoor kitchen and pergola, working up a sweat in the well-equipped fitness center, cooling off in the heated outdoor pool, or relaxing and sunbathing on the poolside loungers.
This coastal gem boasts a welcoming open floor plan that effortlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably in the air-conditioned living room offering snuggly sofas and a large smart TV with streaming services to stay up to date with your favorite series while on vacay. The kitchen has been appointed with all stainless steel appliances that will help you channel your inner chef and surprise your guests with mouthwatering homemade meals and treats. This home has four balconies to choose from! Two overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and two overlooking the community pool. Sleeping arrangements include four comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom upstairs has a balcony with chaise loungers while the second bedroom on the first floor has a balcony overlooking the pool. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs also overlooking the pool. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We had a great stay at this beach house, with a few small hiccups. The pool area was a highlight — beautifully maintained, with four streams of shooting water, plenty of chairs, and convenient outdoor bathrooms nearby. The community grill with a built-in gas line was a nice bonus for evening cookouts.
The house itself was very clean and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a full-sized Ninja blender, a crock pot, Tupperware, and a wide selection of pots and pans. The master bedroom's walk-in closet is spacious — even large enough to fit a pack-n-play for a baby. The furnishings aren’t luxury level, but they’re comfortable and perfectly functional. Only the master bedroom has a TV, but each bedroom has its own balcony, which we appreciated.
A few tiny hiccups to be aware of: Despite reaching out to Vacasa and reporting the issue, we were never able to access the outdoor closet with beach supplies, which was disappointing. We had a fire alarm battery go dead and they promptly provided a new battery. We also had trouble accessing the gym — an important feature for us. Vacasa made efforts to help, but unfortunately, seemed limited by an unresponsive HOA. We eventually figured out how to get into the gym by pressing a spring-loaded door that wasn’t locked, but we were never given a working access code. The beach within walking distance wasn’t the prettiest I’ve ever seen, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. Excellent shell hunting and a very short walk. In hindsight, we could have driven 5 minutes down to a public beach at Mexico Beach for a prettier beach experience.
The rooftop lounge is a cozy community space with nice views, but be ready to walk up four flights of stairs — there's no elevator access. Parking was plentiful, though tight — definitely a test of your parking skills.
Overall, a very pleasant stay in a well-located home with great amenities!

Great location from Port St Joe. This was the perfect place to stay for a family. The pool was great! There wasn’t a grill even though it is listed on the listing - just a heads up as we planned to grill out and then couldn’t find the grill. Overall the condo was perfect and clean!
