I've stayed here a few times. Its great for fishing and walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

Condo was clean and the location is great for fishing out of Point South Marina. However, there was no TV access. The condo has no cable or satellite subscription. We couldn't even get local channels.We cut our fishing trip short on Sat to come in and watch football only to discover that we couldn't get ANY channels.
