Welcome to Gulf Splash in the new and beautiful North WindMark Beach community, this home is less than 100 steps to the pool! Gulf Splash includes a 6-seater golf cart! This prime-location house sits between the charming towns of Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach, making it the perfect spot for a family vacation. WindMark Beach offers all of the amenities you could want on vacation - private beach accesses, bike trails, walking path boardwalks, a large zero-entry pool that is heated in the winter months, and a quaint downtown. No boats are allowed on the property.
Gulf Splash is a one-story, open-floor plan house with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It sits near the end of a quiet cul de sac in the newly constructed North end of WindMark Beach. This new construction house has a fully equipped kitchen for you to plan all of your vacation meals, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The house is tastefully decorated in modern yet comfortable decor. For more fun at Gulf Splash, head into the garage-turned Game Room for some fun, or head to the white sand at WindMark Beach. Try your skills at skee ball, full-size air hockey, or bubble hockey.

*North Windmark Pool is not heated, but the village side pool is heated during winter months. We cannot guarantee the pool is heated during your stay, typically it's heated from Mid November to April.

-Bedroom 2: Sleeps 2- Queen bed with smart Roku TV (please log into your own apps and remember to log out upon checkout), closet, and dresser.
-Bedroom 3: Sleeps 2-Queen bed with smart Roku TV (please log into your own apps and remember to log out upon checkout), closet and storage cabinet
-Bedroom 4: Sleeps 5- Bunk room with a twin over twin bunk and a twin over full bunk. Guests in this room will also enjoy a smart Roku TV mounted on the wall (please log into your own apps and remember to log out upon checkout).

*This rental is located on floor 1.
*An outdoor shower for rinsing sand off is located on the side of the garage.
*Parking is available in the driveway only and for 2 vehicles. Please note that boats, trailers, and RV's are NOT permitted. Street parking is not allowed.

- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Overall it was a nice place for a family of 6. This house is a little ways from the beach so the golf cart makes it much easier. The house was clean but could use some preventative maintenance. The grill was really small and needed cleaning. It was too gross to use and for a family of six we would need to cook separate times because of the small size The washing machine did not work at all so we had to make alternate arrangements to wash our clothes. We contacted the host but maintenance could not come out until 5 days after we arrived and they did not have the part to fix the washer.They have a vending machine in the garage with some it items but they are clearly expired. They have bikes but tools were missing to adjust the seat and handle bars. They did have pumps for the tires but none of them worked, so I would recommend bringing a small tool set and foot pump just in case.They do have beach chairs but a few of them are moldy. There were enough chairs where we didn’t need have to use the moldy ones.The kitchen is stocked pretty well but there are no oven mitts so getting baking sheets or anything out of the oven is a bit tricky.Would recommend bringing your oven mitts just in caseOverall not a bad place to stay. The house is in the new part of Windmark beach but not too convenient to get to the beach. If you have a choice to stay at the new part or older part, would recommend old part

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed here last year as well. The kids enjoy the game room. Living room television wasn’t working when we arrived but a maintenance guy came out and looked at it the same day we reported it. It needed to be replaced but it wasn’t an issue for us. There are other TVs in the bedrooms and we stayed busy doing other things. Windmark is a nice area to stay overall. We hope to return next year.

Great place to stay. 4 adults, and 5 kids, perfect place. Great location to the pool and beach. Love the golf cart and garage area. Wish it was stocked a little more for the week. (No hand soap for the bathrooms) However, staying with another family was good to split costs of all the extras we needed. Loved the quiet location and didn’t feel touristy! 4.8 ⭐️s
