A spectacular single storey apartment just moments from the beach, The Trebetherick is a fantastic base for all your Cornish adventures. Offering large, bright internal spaces and a wonderful garden with ocean views, this superb property ticks all the boxes when it comes to your ideal holiday wish list. Sleeping four guests in total, with hugely spacious accommodation, The Trebetherick is a super comfortable apartment which will not fail to impress.
INSIDE SPACE...
The Trebetherick is designed for family time. With a large open-plan living dining area opening on to the kitchen, there is ample space for evening boardgames and leisurely breakfasts, or just cosying up after a hard day at the beach. Large French doors open on to the patio, filling the living area with beautiful coastal light.
A hallway leads away from the living area towards the bedrooms, creating a feeling of space and separation between the two. The generous master bedroom has a window to the front giving views to the ocean, and a large ensuite with a shower over bath. The twin bedroom sits at the rear of the apartment and benefits from a large ensuite with shower. There is a WC off the hallway, perfect for guest use.
OUTSIDE SPACE...
To the front of the property is a large, enclosed outside space, purely for the use of the guests at The Trebetherick. The area closest to the apartment is laid to patio with access from the living area, creating a fabulous space for outdoor dining. There is a luscious lawned area with views out to the ocean, a perfect spot to let the kids or dogs run riot!
