A delightful duplex apartment just a short stroll from Treyarnon Bay, The Gulland is a fabulous find. With a sociable living area, luxury kitchen and cool and quirky bedrooms sleeping 4 guests, this stylish apartment is a place where the whole family can relax and unwind. Open the Juliette balcony and let the sea breezes fly in and your cares fly away whilst you look out over the blue waters rippling.
INSIDE SPACE...
Into the entrance hall and past the spiral stairs, you enter the main living space. A large juliette balcony sits at the ocean side of the room, filling the space with natural light and sea views. With ample space for lounging and dining, this room has a connection to the outside while at the same time enjoying a cosy and comfortable feel. An enormous kitchen sits to the rear of the room with plenty of space to create your culinary masterpiece! A handy WC sits off the hallway, which has plenty of room for dumping boards and wetsuits after a day at the beach. Up and around the spiral staircase you find two spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, both with those stunning sea views. The master has an elegant and restful feeling and a large ensuite with a spa-like feel, while the twin room is designed with the kids in mind whilst also having a fabulous ensuite with shower.
OUTSIDE SPACE...
There is no private outside space at The Gulland, however you are only a few metres from the beach!
