Located in Grizzana Morandi, in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, this 80 sqm holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property, spread over two levels, offers you a fully equipped private kitchen, mountain views, Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine. Please note that the house does not have air conditioning.
Outside, you will find a private garden and a balcony where you can relax while admiring the mountain landscape. The private barbecue is ideal for outdoor meals surrounded by nature.
Parking is available in front of the gate and along the street. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted on the property. The accommodation is equipped with water and energy-saving devices and provides instructions for waste separation.

The house is close to an equestrian center and is an ideal starting point for mountain bike excursions.
