Spacious detached house nestled in a green setting along the river, on an unfenced plot of 1.5 ha, near the owners' house (guest rooms) and 35 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit.
Ground floor: living room with open fitted kitchen, separate WC. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed), bathroom, separate WC. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed), shower room/WC. Additional equipment: Internet access, DVD player, baby bed/high chair. Included: wood, sheets, household linen and electricity.
To see: Solesmes Abbey, medieval village of Asnières sur Vègre.
Mandatory cleaning fee in addition: 100€ and heating fee in addition 12€/day from the beginning of October to the beginning of May.
Supplement per animal/day: 10€.
