Located in the countryside, 3 minutes from the village of Bouère (bakery and grocery store), 20 minutes from Château-Gontier and 40 minutes from La Flèche zoo, 1h30 from Mont Saint Michel, Saint-Malo and Puy du Fou!
Enjoy the 6 hectare land with a one-hectare pond at 200m, where you can fish and swim. For fishing enthusiasts; Carp, Carnivores, Roach, Roof and others await you! The cottage has large spaces where everyone can rest, with 70m² of living room, living room, dining room, kitchen and games room. It is composed of 7 bedrooms, 5 of which have double beds, 1 with bunk bed and 1 with 2 single beds.
Accommodation details:
On the first floor, 70m² of common area with:
- A large equipped kitchen with an island allowing 8 people to have lunch, a stove, a dining room, a living room and a laundry room / games room, bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and WC, 2 bedrooms including 1 master suite with its private shower room.
Upstairs,
A mezzanine with a view of the pond, 1 bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and 4 bedrooms: 2 double beds in 140*190cm and 160*200cm, 1 bunk bed in 90*190cm and 2 single beds in 90*190cm.
A last bedroom of 20m² with a double bed 160*200cm is located above the kitchen and has independent access.
Provision of baby equipment; 1 high chair, 1 freestanding bath, 1 deckchair, 2 travel cots, 1 play mat, 2 changing tables.
The beds are equipped with mattress pads, fitted sheets, blanket, pillow with pillowcase and mattress protector.
Provision of Molky, petanque, trampoline and above-ground swimming pool (from June to the end of September) and barbecue.
A small courtyard in front of the house allows you to watch over the little ones.
Traveler access, ample free parking on site.
The whole property is at your disposal, walk around the pond, swimming pool and fishing.
