Trendy neighborhood does not disappoint, with numerous events including the weekly Friday night Lakeside Music Series, the Flower Mound Police Department’s Annual Bike with the Blue, the annual Lakeside 5K benefiting Ally’s Wish, Holiday events, Lakeside Yoga Events, and so much more. The area has a Starbucks, popular restaurants & gelato shops, and even a petite grocery store, besides being located right across from a Walmart across the street.
The Residence
A well-planned high-ceiling home on a corner lot with 3 bedrooms & 3.5 baths, an open kitchen with all the appliances & utensils you’ll need, including a wine cooler and coffee bar, a laundry room with washer / dryer, and even an outdoor patio, complete with grill. The home has a media room and a comfortable study room as well.
All beds have plush cover & linen sets, closets have hangers, and bathrooms have towels, wash cloths, body wash, moisturizer and shampoo, and other items of need.
Laundry room has washer and dryer with detergent pods available for your use.
Broadband Wi-Fi is available on the property, and TVs are connected to the network.
Door Access to property is by Yale electronic keypad – access code will be provided before check-in.
Garage parks 2 vehicles - remote access to garage door available.
The Rules
Sleeps 6 people. Additional heads will be accommodated at a charge of $50 per person.
Primary guest under whose name booking is made must be over 25 years of age.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Events that cause nuisance to the neighborhood are not tolerated.
Refunds for cancellation due to events beyond our control will not be provided.
