KITCHEN:
You will love the spacious chef’s gourmet fully stocked kitchen with an abundance of counter space and all new appliances. A classic island configuration maximizes seating with 4 bar stools for additional seating. After the first quick cleanup from a successful family dinner gathering , you might wonder how you ever managed without this set of double dishwashers. The kitchen also includes a large quartz kitchen island including a prep sink. Also located on the main level is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a ½ bathroom.
BEDROOMS:
Conveniently located on the main-floor (2nd floor), you will find the first of 2 primary en suite bedrooms. This particular bathroom offers a double vanity and has a large shower. You will also have access to the screened in porch from the primary bedroom on this floor.
You will find the additional 4 bedrooms on the third level. A second primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is conveniently located on this floor along with 2 more King bed rooms with a shared bathroom space and a fun bunk bed room with its own private bathroom.
The property site also includes multiple family gathering spaces, elevator access to all levels, and a large screened porch off of the main living area.
Luxury LVP plank hardwoods gleam throughout, reflecting a wealth of natural light. This home features 10 foot ceilings on the main level and 9 foot ceilings on the other levels.
EXTRAS:
A driveway with ample accommodation for 4 vehicles leads to an attached 2-car garage. The garage is not for parking cars. Also make sure to play ping pong that is set up for you in the garage.

The shopping and dining options of Shelter Cove Shopping are within a comfortable 3 minute driving distance or an easy bike ride. Enjoy Chaplin Park which is a few steps from our home.

2 Surfwatch Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to cancel your villa reservation more than 30 days before your planned arrival, a 5% forfeiture will apply when using a credit card (VRBO, Direct, Booking.com). Cancellations within 14 days or less of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental amount.

Perfect stay for me my wife kids and elderly parents. My mother has balance issues so the elevator was priceless. The house is very well laid out and has been expertly designed. The pool was a nice area as well. We loved our stay here and hope to visit again.

Our stay was perfect. The property has everything you need to feel like you are home. The park with walking path was directly across the street and it lead directly to the beach! The pool and spa were clean and the perfect addition to the home to enjoy the backyard. Overall, we would book another stay.

From arrival to check out, we enjoyed every minute of our stay! We traveled with children and grandparents and everyone was impressed with the property. The decor and furniture is, as the listing promises, luxurious. We paid to heat the pool, and our five year olds swam multiple times a day. The neighborhood is nice, with lots of new development, and the walk to the beach isn't bad. We highly recommend this beautiful property!

The house couldn’t have been better. Everything we needed in order to celebrate a holiday away from home was simple and easy. The kitchen was great, appliances and overall layout of the house. Honestly would not hesitate staying here again. We paid to have the pool heated and the kids loved it especially in the cooler weather. The house is super close to the beach, 5min walk and close to everything on the island. Plenty of space and rooms for everyone. The house is rather vertical, so the elevator helped with our mom who can’t walk up the stairs as easily anymore. This was a big selling point, it also helped for luggage. The house has plenty of king beds for adults which is always an issue with rentals. Master is on the main floor and the remaining rooms are a floor above. Great house, great stay.
