- Pets allowed in this home with signed pet policy agreement. $35/night per pet. 2 Dogs weighing 50 lbs or less are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific prior approval.
- Free parking available for 4 vehicles.
- Must be 25 years old to reserve home
- No parties or number of people staying than what are paid for. These are cause for eviction with no refund
- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and manager may require proof of age
- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy will be added to all reservation fees
- Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone’s home

Loved everything about our stay at Cabana Dichoso in Pagosa. Location was perfect-just far enough from traffic (and people) yet close to everything that you need. View from the back porch was breathtaking! Perfect place to rest, relax and re-connect while being surrounded by the beauty of the mountains and nature.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cabana Disco house! There was plenty of room for our family of four plus two additional adults, and everyone felt comfortable throughout our visit. My son especially loved the detached guest house with the king size bed it gave him his own little space to enjoy. The only minor downside was that it doesn’t have a bathroom, so you do need to walk to the main house, but it wasn’t a big issue for us.The outdoor patio was one of our favorite spots, with plenty of seating and beautiful mountain views perfect for relaxing. We also really appreciated the fenced in area for our dogs, which made things so convenient.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and our family had a great time enjoying the hot tub, games, and mini pool table. The location was also ideal close to grocery stores and restaurants, and just a quick 10–15 minute drive to the downtown shops.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely love to come back on our next trip to Pagosa!

We enjoyed our stay at Cabana Dichoso on the western outskirts of Pagoso Springs. It was quiet with a rustic setting surrounded by large acreages and horse ranches. The view of the San Juan mountains was really good from the deck. It has a good Sony smart TV and the internet speed was over 40 mgb and very adequate for steaming content. It met all of our needs, was clean, and we would like to visit there in the future.
