The property was 20 minuets walks from the city centre and 20 minuets walk from the etihad stadium. This was an ideal location. The property was clean, modern and comfortable for me and the other guests. Lovely big rooms and comfortable beds. With the property having 2 bathrooms this made life so much easier for us and the showers were powerful and hot. I genuinely think this was really good value for money.
The host left very clear instructions in the messages on how to access the property. Whilst a little daunting at first, the property was easy to access from the instructions.
The host also provided coffee and all the relevant linen for the beds.
The only thing I would probably mention would be a leaky tap in the kitchen and a few marks and holes in the walls in the living room and hallway.

Was close to the etihad stadium
The smell of damp.
Was looking a bit tired. The kitchen , etc. Needed a paint. Freshen up.
The noise from the tram station outside.
