Location. Large apartment.
Trash storage inside the building. The odor was horrible.

We loved the apartment and its overall location. It’s in the heart of the action and we really enjoyed all the sites and local restaurants right on our doorstep.
The actual steps up the apartment is shared with a restaurant below so we had noise at night (dishes and cutlery being washed) and also strong food smells. There were also bins for the restaurant and apartments at the entrance which was unsightly and quite smelly which was unfortunate.

Les odeurs inacceptables de fromage.
L'absence de lessive.
La propreté des parties communes.
L'absence de climatisation, car impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes compte tenu du bruit de la rue jusque très tard et des odeurs des restaurants sous jacents.
