Air conditioning. Comfkrtable bed.

Smelly bathroom. Shower door slides open, it is not level. Fridge is nnmn̈n⁰ badly in need of defrosting. Needs ice tray. Installed in unvented cupboard, heat builds up affecting performance

Was given a basement room which had a sewerage or bad damp smell, we were kindly swooped into a ground floor room which was much better, maybe need to investigate smell from basement for future bookings. Nice place and location though.

Nice studio room with everything you need, good location - not far from train stations & affordable. I was happy with my stay and so was +1 that came with, says the same

Clean and modern. The AC Works. The location is great.

Totally unloved. No thought whatsoever has been given to how people actually want to use a studio. The studios have kitchenettes (hob, microwave and fridge), but there are no utensils provided - I mentioned this to the management, and a spatula showed-up. But nothing else. There’s a chopping board, but no sharp knife. There isn’t even a tea towel to dry dishes. How ridiculous. The room has a comfy bed, but just 2 really thin pillows. I stayed alone, so could double up, but not great for more than 1. There is plenty of room to have a comfy chair or sofa, but instead there are just a couple of hard stools. In other words no-where to sit. The wardrobe had only 3 flimsy hangers. The bathroom had a heated towel rail in a really awkward place above the toilet which is almost impossible to hang a towel on. There are no other hooks. The shower looks great, but there’s so little pressure, if you flush the toilet, the water in the shower stops flowing. Also the shower head is so covered in limescale, most of the holes are blocked. The hallway constantly smelt of weed. Someone in one of the other flats is smoking it constantly, and the smell is strong. Thankfully it doesn’t come into the studios. But surely the staff realise. I’ve stayed in 3 of these studios, each has had exactly the same issues. They are unloved and there is a total lack of attention to detail. I’ve mentioned much of this to the management over my 3 stays and nothing has changed. They clearly don’t care. It would be really easy to make these great, but I’m not holding my breath.
