Great location for tube into London, parking included, big comfy bed, spacious room, very clean, communication from host was very good.

Location and ease of parking. Phil is the perfect host and has been very accommodating to support us prior and during our recent hospital appointments (of which we are very grateful) especially as we live at least 5 hours drive away.

High quality fittings in the bedroom and a good bed.
Ensuite shower room was very small. Parking at the front was full up already and only a few cars can park there. Entry is stressful with a code on the door to the hotel. The coffee machine did not work which was a disaster as the hotel does not offer breakfast. We came and went without meeting any staff which was ok but strange. The price was low so these problems are to be expected.
