Breakfast great. Location is fantastic: 15 mins lovely walk to the tube, buses nearby.
Bed could do with a new mattress as it is sagging a little in the middle.

If I’d have to nitpick I’d say the only negative thing was that the water cooker could use a clean, the rest was spotless.

The breakfast was very good, and the dining room was delightful. The house altogether was very "English" in the best way. The check-in and -out were easy. The room was small but very cosy.

Friendly, fits a budget, it is accessible by public transport
This is someone’s home, and it has a lot of stuff in it, which also makes it difficult to clean. I found it generally clean, like the linens and such, but there’s dust everywhere and there’s probably just too much stuff to dust everything all the time.
While it is accessible by public transport, it does take about an hour from London central.
