The property was very clean and it was well located.
The instructions on how to unlock entry way door were wrong. we tried several different combinations and finally got door open.

Le manque de réactivité de l'hôte. De nombreux appels et messages sans réponse: facture demandée à mainte reprise mais RAS. Vraiment dommage pour une requête pourtant simple

Parking cubierto incluido y ubicación del alojamiento.
Nos dieron entrada al alojamiento a las 17 horas, sin haberlo limpiado, ni cambiado sábanas y toallas usadas por anterior inquilino, . La casera, ausente físicamente, nos atendió tras usar atención al cliente de Booking, y a las 19:30 h tras pedirle solución nos dejó otro apartamento en otra planta del edificio sólo por una noche, con el consiguiente perjuicio de mover toda la valija de bajada y al día siguiente de subida, por unas escaleras empinadas y estrechas, ya que no tiene ascensor y el apartamento estaba en un tercer piso. Le pedimos permanecer en el apartamento de abajo y no nos dejó y al pedir compensación por las molestias se indignó y no cedió.
