Aménagement intérieur neuf et fonctionnel. Proximité du centre.
L'immeuble est vétuste. La cage d'escalier est en mauvais état. Le parquet de l'appartement craque beaucoup. Le logement donne sur une grande avenue. En été, le bruit est très gênant. Avenue mal fréquentée la nuit.
