Location was excellent! Very easy to access and near shops and bars. Good bathroom/shower and the bed was very comfortable. Davide was a really friendly and hospitable host, answered all questions very promptly and offered lots of help with our stay!
It got a bit hot at night, a fan was provided but maybe another one would be helpful!

Appartamento molto carino a 2 passi dal centro di Biella, vicino a locali e servizi. Check-in molto semplice. La casa di ringhiera è affascinante.
Siamo capitati in giornate molto calde. Per fortuna c'era un ventilatore.

Späte Anreise kein Problem (Stau)Ursache Lage Zentral. Parken vor dem Haus wenn ein Platz frei war. E-Bike Abstellung vorhanden. Besitzer zuvorkommend.
Kein Balkon wie auf den Fotos. War ein Laubengang wo kein Stuhl einen Platz hatte. Fenster vorhanden doch durch die Mauer vom Nebenhaus im Innenhof war so gut wie kein Luftzug in der Wohnung. Waschmaschine wusch.Schleuderte jedoch nicht.. Fernsehen kein Empfang mehr nach dem zweiten Tag. Nur italienisches Programm. Sollte vielleicht nicht so sein wenn man internationale Gäste hat. Wir sind viel unterwegs gewesen deswegen war es mit dem Fernsehen kein Problem. Für Familien mit Kindern (Kind)könnte es ein Problem sein.
