The only thing I didn't like was how easy it was to miss the property. Maybe a bigger sign at the entrance, but I understand there may be restrictions

Cosy cute property, close to town and park, clean and functional.

Very cosy little property, clean and warm inside and lovely and close to the park for the dog as well as close to shops for supplies.

A bit hairy stopping on the bus lane but once you know where it is its fine. Needs signage as to where the gate is for the entrance to the property as we thought it was right down the back, not sideway.

I wasn’t aware the property I was booking was not a whole house but a side apartment attached to a main residence.. but perhaps I miss read.

Lovely place but sadly road noise lets it down.

Beautifully well appointed. Very well equipped. Tastefully furnished.

Road noise even with double glazing. Too hot to sleep so no sleep even with the fan on. Needs air con that close to the road.

Peaceful Oasis

Sunset Nook is a lovely self catering annexe with everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing break. Access was very well instructed, and we had no issues with parking or gaining entry. We really appreciated having use of the beautiful garden but as there are 2 very defined seating areas, we never felt like we were intruding on the owners privacy in the secluded area at the bottom. Very dog friendly with space for ball games. We have already booked for our next trip.

Perfect place to stay, kind and caring owners, beautiful location

The property is amazing, very clean, you can tell the owners take great pride in this. We stopped for the Ed Sheeran concert and it was lovely, I would also like to highlight Alex who very kindly offered me a lift after arriving very late due to delayed trains. The perfect place to stop, and we will certainly be back here for a longer stay where we can appreciate the location more (only had a short 1 night stay for the concert) Thanks so much for the hospitality 😃

Perfect stay in Ipswich

Sunset nook was absolutely perfect. The property was immaculately clean and decorated and furnished to a very high standard. There is a lovely enclosed garden at the rear which is ideal for anyone travelling with their dog. Alex was the perfect host, and really went the extra mile to ensure we had an amazing stay. The location was very good taking around 10 minutes to drive to the town centre car parks. There is a nice large park just a short walk down the road. There is also a very nice pub (The Beagle) around 5 minutes drive away. I would definitely stay here again if travelling to this area.
