Property was very spacious, clean and well equipped. It was a very good, quiet location,close to town centre. Good private parking .
Unpleasant smell in entrance hall. Also slight smell in the apartment. Could have done with more refuse bags and dishwasher tablets.
Need better instructions for entry to main door of building. We did not know how to use the disc on key ring and luckily another resident showed us how to get in.

Conveniently located - can walk to St Andrew's main attractions. Pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. Well equipped with all equipment you might need. Teabags, coffee and milk sachets provided which was appreciated. Recommended.

This flat is very well located close to the town centre and yet tucked away in a quiet, modern housing development. The flat is beautiful with a modern layout and excellent kitchen and bathrooms plus a spacious hallway. The bedrooms are comfortable, especially the master bedroom which is very large with an en-suite. Off-street parking is a major plus in St Andrews.
A minor quibble was that there was perhaps too much furniture squeezed into the twin room, there was little room to move with a desk as well. It was also quite hard to find the key box.
