Conveniently located - can walk to St Andrew's main attractions. Pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. Well equipped with all equipment you might need. Teabags, coffee and milk sachets provided which was appreciated. Recommended.

This flat is very well located close to the town centre and yet tucked away in a quiet, modern housing development. The flat is beautiful with a modern layout and excellent kitchen and bathrooms plus a spacious hallway. The bedrooms are comfortable, especially the master bedroom which is very large with an en-suite. Off-street parking is a major plus in St Andrews.
A minor quibble was that there was perhaps too much furniture squeezed into the twin room, there was little room to move with a desk as well. It was also quite hard to find the key box.

Had a problem gaining access to property so needs this to be made easier.

I was not given the location of the lock box - it was eventually found in an obscure location but only when a tenant of the building helped us. I phoned the hosts after 20 minutes of trying to locate the lock box and 3 days later I’m still awaiting a call back. Extremely poor communication!
