The apartment is located in Porto Novo, which is a convenient place to stay if one arrives by ferry from Mindelo in the afternoon. It is modern and has all necessary equipment and comfort. The owner is very nice and helpful.
Not a problem for us but worth to keep in mind that the property only accepts payment in cash.

Nice quiet location, modern, in theory has everything you would want in accommodation.
None of the windows opened to the outside and after few days lack of fresh air will start to bother you. Only air con in the living room. Weak internet. Host wasn’t very helpful with suggestions for local buses etc until I prompt him.
