Large and clean apartment, quite cheap in the neighborhood. The host is very friendly, even if she does not speak English we could make ourselves understood with Google translate. Nice view and great terrace.
The shower was leaking so the bathroom floor was wet all the time. No hair dryer. No microwave, no water boiler, but the rest of the kitchen is fine.
Not the owners' fault but is a real challenge to get some European quality food in the mercado shops nearby, no bakery goods, no eggs, horrible quality vegetables, etc.

El apartamento es grande y la terraza es muy agradable para tomar algo después de hacer la ruta desde el cráter de Cova. La limpieza impecable. Muy buena ubicación. Para un par de noches es perfecto.
WIFI no funciona. La mayor parte del tiempo no hay señal y cuando hay es tan lenta que no puedes hacer nada. El horno no funciona. La TV no está conectada a ninguna antena y como no tienes WIFI no sirve para nada. No hay ascensor. Cuando llegas tocas al timbre y nadie contesta.

It was pretty straight forward. The host was available at the time of our arrival.
The house didn't had a sign (that we noticed) but with help of neighbours we've found it.
It would benefit of a better internet. In particular for people that wish to stay longer.
Although off-grid time might be beneficial in the long run :)
