Un appartement lumineux, bien équipé, bien agencé et au calme. Le propriétaire nous a bien guidés. Appartement assez grand pour accueillir quatre adultes.

Квартира розташована усередині будинку та захищена від вуличного шуму. Поруч жвавий район з магазинами та кафе. На першому поверсі пекарня. Поруч автобусні станції та метро. Сподобалося гуляти біля Мономатр, всього в 15 хвилинах ходьби. До Лувра теж доходили пішки за 35 хвилин. У квартирі є все необхідне: чистячі засоби, засоби гігієни, навіть деякі частування, у тому числі чай, кава, цукор. Також є пральна та посудомийна машини.
У квартирі було чисто, але бракує генерального прибирання. Двері у кімнати скріплять та погано зачиняються. Квартира розташована на 4 му поверсі ( самий нижній рахується як 0 (нульовий)), тому фактично на 5-му поверсі. Ми, наприклад, не знали цього і помилилися з поверхом перший раз при заселенні.
